An in-person session begins with a short consultation, includes the optional use of herbs and/or sound to cleanse your aura, guided Reiki meditation into a deep state of relaxation, and the use of crystals.

Longer sessions include optional use of STT cards to guide us and help set a clear intention during your consultation, and the use of my shamanic drum and Tibetan sound bowls; for deeper relaxation.
About Usui Holy Fire ® III World Peace Reiki
Usui Holy Fire ® III World Peace Reiki is a form of Pranic (life-force energy) healing that promotes overall wellbeing, relaxation, and reduces stress.
What is Usui Holy Fire ® III Reiki?
Usui Holy Fire ® III World Peace Reiki (an evolved version of Holy Fire ® I, II and III Reiki) is a really powerful and gentle form of Pranic healing. Prana is the life-force that pervades all existence, and comes from the sun, or Solar Logos. It works by means of its own consciousness to trigger our body’s natural healing process. The healer uses symbols to harness and direct this energy to the recipient, either by hovering their hands slightly above or by gently placing their hands directly on certain parts of the recipient’s body in a series of hand positions. The healer may also sit at a slight distance from the recipient if it is preferred. Each hand position is held for a few minutes. This removes emotional and energetic ‘blocks’ or imbalances, triggering the natural healing process and a healthy flow of energy around the body.

What does having Reiki feel like?
Everyone experiences something different. This could be:
- Deep relaxation
- Feelings of peace
- Visions, shapes or images
- A range of different, sometimes uncomfortable emotions, as things come up to be healed
- Lethargy or you may fall asleep
- Heat, coolness, or a tingling sensation
- Feeling as thought the healers hands are still in one place on your body, even though they have moved
- Slight pressure, as though the healer is pressing down on different parts of your body
- Lightness or floating
- Nothing at all

The history of Holy Fire ® III Reiki
Holy Fire ® Reiki is a system of Reiki healing based on Holy Fire ® energy, which was bought to William Lee Rand (founder and president of the International Centre for Reiki Training (ICRT) and The Centre for Reiki Research) during a healing session with two talented spiritual healers who were channelling illumined beings – the Masters of Wisdom (also known as the Brothers and Sisters of the Light).

What is the difference between Usui Holy Fire ® III World Peace Reiki and traditional Usui Reiki?
Usui Holy Fire ® III World Peace Reiki is a combination of traditional Usui Reiki and Holy Fire ® energy. Holy Fire ® energy is part of the natural progression of Reiki. Everything in our knowable universe is constantly evolving, moving forward, flowing and progressing in cycles, on our ultimate ascension back towards the Absolute. As time goes by, humans can naturally develop an ability to channel higher vibrations of energy, through meditation, practice, curiosity and research; along with refined and techniques.
Holy Fire ® energy is noticeably more refined, and comes directly from the Solar Logos, which is represented in many traditions by the Sun. The Solar Logos is also linked to Christ consciousness.
The energy of the practitioner remains separate (as much as can be) to that of the person who is receiving the healing, unlike traditional Usui Reiki and modalities like Therapeutic Touch. Where the practitioner is on their spiritual journey does not interfere with that of the person who is receiving the healing. In other words, Usui Holy Fire ® III Reiki is not limited to the vibration of the healer or teacher, so what the recipient receives is perfectly suited for them at that moment, and does not depend on the spiritual work the healer has done on themselves.

Is Holy Fire ® Reiki right for me?
Usui Holy Fire ® III Reiki is beneficial for everyone, of all ages and genders, at all stages of life. Holy Fire® works with your unique energy and where you are on your life journey – whatever you receive is perfectly suited to you. Holy Fire® energy respects free will, so although it works on a deep level to bring about intense healing and change, you have to accept it and agree to work with it for it to have any lasting effect.
Reiki of all branches works well alongside conventional (Western) medicine and healthcare, and natural remedies, and it is considered a complimentary therapy, forming a part of integrative medicine, which seeks to treat the human being as a whole – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
It is important to note however, that as Reiki is a complimentary holistic therapy, it should not under any circumstances, replace conventional (Western) medical treatment.
